Our Red Fox Labrador Puppy Guarantee
MyRedFoxLabs.com is located in Parker, Colorado. We agree to meet all of the health, safety and veterinary standards for the State of Colorado in providing the best quality Red Fox Labrador puppies to our clients. The First Three Days With Your Puppy
Within three business days of taking your new puppy home, you should have the pup examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice. If the veterinarian determines there are any initial health issues or concerns, please notify us within this three day period. If there is an unforeseen issue, you may return the pup for a 100% refund or another available puppy. During our time breeding, we have NEVER had a puppy returned but we do offer you peace of mind in having your vet examine the dog. Additional deworming treatments are normal in puppies and does not qualify as a “health condition” under this guarantee.
26-Month Eye / Hip / Elbow Guarantee
We will warrant the puppy for 26-months from the date of birth against:
- Hip Dysplasia
- Elbow Dysplasia
- Retinal Atrophy
- Retinal Dysplasia
Your Remedies Under This Guarantee
If a licensed veterinarian determines your puppy has an adverse health condition, congenital or hereditary defect covered under this guarantee, you must:
- Notify us within three business days of the diagnosis;
- Provide the veterinarian’s name, address and phone number that examined your dog;
- Include a written statement from the veterinarian describing the dogs condition / illness and likely outcome.
Upon verification of the stated condition you may:
- Return the dog for a complete refund of the purchase price;
- Retain the dog for a full refund of the purchase price;
- Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value;
- Retain the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, paid directly to the veterinarian, not to exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
Limitation of Liability
This guarantee does not cover costs, or allow for relief, if it is determined any health issue or condition is caused by: abuse, improper care, neglect or injury while in your care. This guarantee is available to the original puppy owner only and is not transferrable. Under no circumstance shall MyRedFoxLabs.com liability under this guarantee exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
