Hi! My name is Kerri Pogar and I am Ginger’s “mommy”. I would like to welcome you to our Red Fox Labrador website and to our family. Thanks for stopping by and checking out our pups.
My husband Joel and I live on a 2-acre hobby ranch in the southeast, metro Denver area. We adopted the rural lifestyle back in 2016 before the pandemic made it trendy to live in the country. We really like the wide open spaces where we can raise our animals and not be completely dependent on the urban jungle. Sure, we enjoy the occasional Starbuck’s latte but we also like harvesting fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning while our Labradors run free through the open field. There’s nothing like raising your own animals and having an environment where they can thrive.
In Parker, we’ve raised our two kids, lots of chickens, turkeys, cats and of course, our three Labrador dogs: Gunner, Ginger and Charlie. This is where your puppies will get their start…pouncing among the field grasses and chasing some of the critters we have running around the ranch. It’s a wonderful place to explore their new world.
My husband and I have been together for 30 years and have raised lots of Labradors, of all colors and varieties. In fact, my engagement ring came wrapped around a Chocolate Labrador back in 1993. The Labrador really is our favorite breed of dog for a variety of reasons…the great temperament, family friendly personality, eternal loyalty and versatility as a hunter are just a few of the exceptional qualities.
While we have years of experience raising Labradors, we’re not a “high volume breeder“. We selectively breed when the time is right for us and our dogs, that’s why we may not always have a litter available. However, when we do breed, we take pride in providing the highest genetic quality of puppies to our clients and delivering happy, healthy animals when they leave our home. We are passionate about these dogs and sharing them with our family, friends and clients.
